I am proud to say that my first “accepted for publishing” story, “Blind Fury” in the Four Horsemen Universe anthology “Negotiation” by Kacey Ezell and Marisa Wolf, has been released as of today.
In a funny twist of fate, it just so happened that I flew a group of marines for HALO airdrops. There were seven jumpers and seven aircrew. As my squadron is the Nightstalkers, you could say we were the Seven Devil Dogs and the Seven Stalkers.
Why would a HALO airdrop be coincidental, and why would I care that we were in groups of seven?
